Holiday Food Boxes

 AZCEND will be distributing holiday food boxes (with Turkeys) for Chandler/Gilbert residents in need,   Christmas meal box distribution dates & times:

Saturday, December 20th from 9am - Noon

This is a drive-thru distribution, please empty your trunk before arriving.

A variety of seasonal foods will be provided for a traditional holiday meal.

Wednesday, December 11th & 17th from 9 am to 1 pm.

3 Holiday food boxes are provided at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Families receive a turkey or ham and many side dishes to assist with holiday celebrations. (Subject to availability)

 This Christmas, St. Vincent de Paul will open its doors to anyone in need of a hot, home-cooked holiday meal. Across its four Valley charity dining rooms, the nonprofit expects to serve more than 5,000 meals on Nov. 27 to people experiencing homelessness and to working families struggling to make ends meet.

*This dining room’s lunchtime meal service will host the Champions for the Homeless Thanksgiving event with former NFL great Nick Lowery and volunteers, including NFL footballers serving meals. There will be live music and lots of fun!

Fellowship, Food, Fun, and More!

In addition to dinner, guests will enjoy free haircuts and nail service, family photos and photos with Santa, big screen TV, live music, children’s craft corner, beverages, opportunities for prayer, and more.

Only leashed service animals are permitted inside the event. No regular pets will be allowed inside the facility. An outdoor serving area will be available at 11:30 am for guests with pets on leashes, so owners and pets can stay together. Pet food and supplies are available while supplies last. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 Christmas service opportunities are often booked months in advance, but we need help especially the days following and into the new year! .
